Rates for carriers, supplies and in-store services are set by us and by the third-party carriers and partners we work with, and are subject to change without notice. Any quote provided in person, by phone at (954) 475-4044, or online is an estimate until finalized at checkout. Certain services, including file-upload printing, may require prepayment.
Shipping Disclaimers and Carrier Liability
When you ship through Golden Postal, your package is transported by an independent carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL) under that carrier’s own terms, transit times and declared-value liability limits. Golden Postal acts as an authorized retail agent and cannot guarantee delivery dates or override carrier coverage caps. Claims for loss or damage are subject to the carrier’s rules and the coverage you elect at drop-off. We strongly recommend declaring adequate value and letting our team professionally pack fragile or high-value items to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
